🚨 Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once the order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
3. Delivery Policy

✅ Delivery Times: Standard delivery is available during business hours. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, except for funeral or event-related orders.
✅ Incorrect Address: If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible for delivery failure. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
🚨 Non-Delivery Situations: If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe place, with a neighbor, or attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply).
4. Substitutions & Product Variations
Due to seasonal availability, we may need to substitute flowers or containers with similar products of equal or greater value. Our Substitution Policy applies to all orders.
5. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds and replacements are subject to our Refund Policy guidelines.
