At Flower Art USA, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements with exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
We strive to ensure every flower arrangement arrives in perfect condition. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
✔ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
✅ Damaged or Wilted Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, we will replace them or issue a refund. Photos may be required for verification.
✅ Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong arrangement, we will replace it with the correct one or provide a refund.
✅ Non-Delivery: If your order was not delivered on the requested date due to our mistake, we will issue a full refund or arrange a redelivery.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
🚫 Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal: We are not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is refused or undeliverable, no refund will be issued.
🚫 Customer Preference: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind.
🚫 Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: Weather conditions, natural disasters, or uncontrollable events that delay delivery are not eligible for refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you experience an issue, please follow these steps:
📌 Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
📌 Step 2: Provide your order number and a clear photo of the flowers if applicable.
📌 Step 3: We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
📌 Step 4: If eligible, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Store credits and replacements will be issued immediately after approval.
4. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Orders can be canceled or modified if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Orders already prepared or en route cannot be canceled and will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted with similar blooms of equal or greater value. We ensure that the overall design and quality remain consistent. Substitutions do not qualify for refunds unless the final product is significantly different from the original order.

For large events, weddings, or bulk flower orders, we have a separate cancellation and refund policy. Please contact us before placing your order for more details.
