Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the product and your order number to help us review the case efficiently.
What We Offer

Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
