1. What areas do you deliver to?
We offer same-day flower delivery in Charlotte, Monroe, Indian Trail, Matthews, Mint Hill, Weddington, Harrisburg, Midland, and surrounding areas in North Carolina.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Place your order before 1:00 PM (local time), Monday through Saturday, and we’ll deliver your flowers the same day.
3. What time are deliveries made?
Standard deliveries are scheduled between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. For morning delivery, you can select "Priority Delivery" at checkout for an extra fee.
4. Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Absolutely! Choose your desired delivery date from our calendar during checkout.
5. Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
We use the freshest seasonal flowers available. While some blooms or containers may vary, we always preserve the color palette, design, and quality of the arrangement.
6. What happens if a flower or vase is unavailable?
We may respectfully substitute a flower or container of equal or greater value, while preserving the original design style and color palette.
7. Can I include a message with my order?
Yes! You can write a personalized message during checkout, and we’ll print it on a beautiful card included with the delivery.
8. Do you offer add-ons like balloons or chocolates?
Yes! You can add a mylar balloon, teddy bear, or box of chocolates to your order. Options appear on each product page before checkout.
9. Can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with confirmation and updates. For real-time questions, contact us via live chat or email.
10. What if no one is home at the time of delivery?
We’ll leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location and notify the recipient. If it’s not secure, we’ll contact them for further instructions.
