At Flower Art USA, we are committed to delivering beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements for every occasion. Because we work with seasonal blooms and depend on daily market availability, substitutions may sometimes be necessary.

When Substitutions May Occur

• Specific flower varieties are unavailable due to seasonality or supply chain issues
• Containers, vases, or add-ons are out of stock
• Time-sensitive deliveries that require immediate fulfillment

Our Substitution Standards

When a substitution is necessary, we will:

• Maintain the original color palette and overall design style
• Use flowers of equal or greater value
• Ensure the arrangement reflects the occasion and sentiment intended

What Will Not Be Changed

We will never compromise the integrity of your arrangement. The size, value, and emotional tone of the original design will always be preserved.
