Shipping Policy

Flower Art USA offers local flower delivery within selected ZIP codes in Charlotte and surrounding communities. We do not offer nationwide shipping for these arrangements.

Delivery coverage

We also serve Harrisburg. Please contact us to confirm the recipient address if its ZIP code is not listed below.

28079, 28104, 28105, 28107, 28110, 28112, 28204, 28205, 28212, 28213, 28215 and 28227.

These ZIP codes cover our selected delivery areas in Charlotte, Monroe, Unionville, Matthews, Weddington, Indian Trail, Mint Hill Midland and Harrisburg. A city name alone does not establish eligibility; use the recipient's ZIP code.

Local delivery: $20 per order

Delivery is available only within our service area. Monday–Friday: order by 1 p.m. for same-day delivery, with deliveries starting at 3 p.m. Saturday: order by 10 a.m. for afternoon delivery. No Sunday deliveries. All times are local to Charlotte, North Carolina. Orders received after the cutoff are eligible for the next available delivery day, subject to availability.

Delivery fee and order total

Our local delivery fee is $20 per order, in addition to the arrangement price and applicable taxes. If the delivery option or date you need is not available online, contact us before completing your order.

Recipient details

Please provide the complete recipient address, apartment or suite number, and any gate codes or access instructions. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable

We may leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a safe, shaded location and notify you. Please contact us with special delivery requirements before ordering.

Special designs

Luxury arrangements and designs requiring special sourcing need at least 48 hours' advance notice. Contact us to confirm availability.
